I think that the supply chain is incredibly unfair. The workers in the cotton fields and the workers in the sweatshops get unbelievably underpaid for how hard they work and for how horrible the conditions are . These workers have families they need to support and they simply cannot do that on the pay that they receive. The people that benefit most from the supply chain are the CEOs and the customers. The CEOs benefit by paying the workers less therefore they make more profit. Also the customers benifit from it also because the less the companies pay the workers, the less they charge for the clothing.

The supply chain would work much better if the companies paid the workers better so that they could afford food and medical care for their family. Also to improve the supply chain the companies should make sure that there are good conditions in the factories. To do this though companies would higher their prices and then the customer would be less inclined to buy it so the companies would be reluctant to change.
